I absolutely love the look and detail of Jaegerndorfer model ski gondolas and chairlifts, and am considering getting one for my layout (for those who have never seen them, check this out: https://jaegerndorfer-usa.com/products/).
Problem is, the models are only produced in 1:32 and 1:87 -- no 1:48!
I am debating which size would look less out of place on a layout where most of the accessories are O scale, and where the majority of the trains I run are also O scale. My current inclination is to go with the 1:32 chairlift, which might be easier to kit-bash down in size if it looks too annoyingly big. I think an HO accessory like this would just look tiny when paired with all 1:48 accessories and trains.
Would appreciate any thoughts from folks who have layouts that include accessories of different scales. Thank you!
