I have all my switches (all others are Lionel 022) powered by a seperate transformer.  This particular kline switch does not always complete its throw.  It is then stuck in this position until it is moved manually.  All of my switches are wired to a seperate transformer.  It is providing 11 volts.  Do I just need more power??  It only sticks when returning to straight position.  It sound like no one suggests lubrication

Cheers

The K-Line needs more voltage, 16-18 is what I use.

If you take the cover off and study how the switch works when activated, you will see that the wire "hoop" that activates the microswitch needs to be snapped into position affirmatively.
