Was able to modify Ken's original design. His is a neat 2-train design with long runs using minimum O36 curves. Just what the doctor ordered. Added some yard action to compliment Ken's layout. Sixty two feet of track. Yikes, not bad for a small 4x8 layout. What does everyone think?

That's a neat modification to the plan. Ken would be proud!

There are a lot of switching opportunities here, and you can only switch certain industries when running certain directions. That adds some nice and purposeful "complication" to the operations. You can also "loop run" a couple of trains, too.

There is a lot going on in that 4 x 8 space. I like it.
