KF Industries Of Philadelphia Universal Powermaster model 250

I received a KF Ind. Universal Powermaster in a box of trains and need to repair it. It's trying to work but when I opened it up a red wire is loose and I need to get the information on where it goes. If anyone is familiar with these I could sure use the help as I'd like to get it fixed to use for accessories as it puts out both AC and DC. does anyone have a schematic or possibly a photo of the insides of a working model?
