The first is from a Colorado Scale Models kit, (a Colorado railroad has to serve stamp mills) and was kitbashed with moved tram house and added dormers on the roof, and a Silverton North Star Mill style covered loading dock. It is wooden board and batten.
The second was freelance scratchbuilt from a variety of photos and imagination. It is covered with "rusty" medal siding. Both have "stone"bases at the back expected to be covered by a surrounding scenery slope.
