KLine terminals - the separate ones, not the ones integrated into the track

Does anyone have experience with these? I've had 4 fail on me recently. I need to do some separate testing of the other components. A ZW 275 and a new to me PW 2-6-2. That seemed to be when this cascade started.

I use several of them powered by ZW 180 power bricks. only fault I have had are loose light and bent or broken metal tabs which contact the center and outside rails.
