I have a korber model single engine house.I want to cut open the rear side so a train can pass thru.Any one know what is the best and cleanest tool to cut the plastic? Dremel, band saw
I'd troll eBay for Korber panels (they show up from time to time) and see if there's one that could be used to replace the rear panel on your building. You can cut the panels with a razor saw for nice clean cuts, but finishing off the "hole" would be tricky.
I usually start on my table saw then finish up on the band saw. The saw gives me straight sides. I clean up the top with the band saw.
Forgot to mention this technique also works fine on the OGR walls. If I can remember I will post a photo of a window wall I cut out an opening for a double door set for a building flat.
