Kudos OGR for their June/July 2024 issue - I think it is the best yet!
Why? Consider the Lionel Display layout update ideas (D-265 and DD-291) very interesting and thought provoking for designing a layout.
Also, for the number of "how to" articles; Coal Loads, O Scale dead rail, Kadee coupler modifications, dealing with a problematic switch, Light up the junk, Pickled Parrot Rum building designs, etc. SO informative!

One of the things I like about ogr is the amount of photos of the layouts. The other magazine ( which I am not renewing my subscription for) would feature a huge layout with only a few photos. Odd. JohnA
