Back in December 2014 I had a thread..."Finding Figures"...that mentioned my continuing frustration for finding a couple specific figures in O scale, one of which was a person looking through binoculars.  That would be the finishing touch for a forest lookout tower I had bashed from a derelict Lionel searchlight tower, but would also complement Korber's new lookout tower kit, too.  Besides, there are lots of good looking O scale babes-on-the-beach figures, et al, for which a lecherous guy peering through binocs would be appropriate in a mini-scene, perhaps.

For about the last 2-3 years I had always bugged Dennis at the Arttista booth in York meets (Orange Hall) about this need.  'So, anyone looking through binoculars in your product line??', I'd opine.

Welllllllll........(drum roll, please!)......this year, last week at York, Dennis came through!!!!!  #1583....one of several new figures from Arttista!!!

Thank you, thank you, thank you, Dennis!!!!!!

My dear wife spotted the figure in Arttista's display first and could barely contain herself as she grabbed my shoulder around an unsuspecting customer standing next to me.  HOLY MOLY!!!  Someone finally heard/responded to my search!!!  Wow!

Yep, I had to bring it over to your booth to show you how appropriate it was for your own tower model!!

BTW....Kudos to you, also, Rich!!  ....for giving Andre (River Leaf Models) shared space in your enlarged booth!  It's soooo nice to see a touch of 'cooperative' amidst the 'competitive'!  And to see your expanded line with the acquisition of Pecos River structures....excellent!!

Looking forward to acquiring more from both of you in October!!!

Like special figures needed. i am looking for several 70's- 90's type people who are standing in line, sitting,  sitting with burgers etc. in hands and plates of food. I personally have a MTH A&W rootbeer stand that would look swell with peeps. Knowing Mcdonalds store and others out there these people would make it great. People walking with bags of groceries and a grocery karts.
