I recently purchased an item from Lionel on Ebay. (I have to note here that there is a crazed postal worker in our local
P.O. who must think it's my job to cover their deficits. Almost every package I get comes postage due.) Anyway, Lionel's
package was mailed Priority mail and came postage due $24.00. That seemed a bit too much to say the least. I refused the
package and contacted Lionel. They told me they would take care of it. After it was returned to Lionel, they Shipped it UPS overnight.
I know that Lionel had to have lost money on this deal but they do have one happy customer. A Lionel customer since 1979 and still going.
