Thanks. I wanted rocks that were pretty thin to cover the foam wall so I used a rectangular lid from a tupperware type container. It was only about 1/4 in deep. Then I simply crinkled up some aluminum foil then cover the lid, pushing it down so it holds the plaster. Then just pour the plaster and wait for it to dry. Then break it into different size and shaped pieces. I used hot glue to fix the pieces to the foam. It's a really fast and easy method.
