Great work! I love the colorful trees...a great time of year to model. The downtown area really came together nicely.
Very nice. Is the Great Pumpkin in that Pumpkin Patch?
You are making some very nice progress.
Everything looks very nice.
Thanks guys!
Nick- I made most them. The armatures and foliage are from Woodland Scenics; I used Hob-e-tac to glue them up. The green Birch trees near the pumpkin patch are Woodland Scenics ready made trees dusted with Woodland Scenics foliage. I sort of shook a larger piece to make yellow "leaves" among the greenery.
Great looking layout.
Suggestion: Do what others do who post updates on their layouts (e.g. Elliot, Charlie, Alex M, Passenger Train Collector, Lancer, et al.) and edit your thread's title with the date of the latest update; e.g. "updated 3/3/15." Makes it much easier to follow your progress.

Good suggestion....slipped my mind. Fixed.
I thought I'd post a few progress pictures...
I used 1/8" harboard for the roads; sprayed them with Rustoleum "Aged Iron" textured paint. The sidewalks and bases were painted with Rustoleum "Sandstone"; I then used a pencil to scribe expansion joints.
Medium Grey Talus was used for the shoulder.
R/C airplane striping was used for crosswalks and lane markings; the material was sanded lightly to remove the sheen.
I glued triangular pieces of balsa to create an embankment...
painted black to blend with the road....
..then added Grey Talus to finish the enbankment.
I also choose (thanks to Ray Marion and Rick O for your inspiration) to bring the ballast up to track level. I really liked how this turned out.

Nice work!
Thanks for the updates Keep them coming.
Really coming along nice. The WS buildings look spectacular the way you have built the streets and all. I love the fall foliage look, too. Grand. Good striping on the roads, too.
I really like your downtown section. The roads and sidewalks look excellent as well.
Looking great, keep with the updates!
The falling leaves really make a great added touch, great work and keep the pictures coming.

Sorry I'm a bit late in responding, but I sincerely appreciate the compliments!
I have seen Sidewinder layout in person. He has really done a great job with his Scenery. Recently, I have influenced him to get a Legacy engine or 2. Now he is hooked! Anyways...I look forward to see your continued progress. Great work on your layout!!
