This Flashing LED comes fully assembled for "plug and play" use. Use with a 9 volt battery, a 12 volt battery or a 12 volt wall adapter. LEDs come with a Resistor and 8" of wire already attached. Ready to use.

This Flashing LED is what is called  an "Integrated Circuit" LEDs. The flash circuit is integrated inside the LED asembly. No other Circuit Board is needed to produce the flash.

I have used these with great results. MTH uses 5mm led's for their locos and I used this circuit to power dummy locos with the flashing beacon. I also used the 3mm led's to power up the MTH Amtrak Material Handeling car ends with a 3 way switch mounted underneath to turn as well as manually contro direction of the flashing led.

the led is complete and is just a simple 2 wire hook up in most cases.
