Yes, but you need to add A TMCC direct lock-on in between the ZW and the track. 

 This also gives you a modern circuit breaker. The old PW ZW breaker may be to slow to protect the modern electronics in the Legacy engines.

You will need a direct lock-on for each handle of the ZW i.e. A, B, C, and D.

Nick, the Lockons are not TMCC enabled, they cannot be turned off/on with a remote

A TPC 300/400 can shut off power, but you would need one for each power line you want to control. Be cheaper to buy a PWC ZW or a ZW-L
