We unpacked the station last night,( we got it two week ago but refrained from opening until I completed another project in the train room) and the box cover made us want more.  We want the glass enclosures that are a station platform.  I know we saw them somewhere, but I can remember where..........   Probably in York.....

It is a nice piece.....BUT.....let's wait and see what else the folks over at MTH have in store for us . My children felt that they had to sell my prewar layouts. The accessories that took me sixty-years to collect are gone.(it's a long story)

I talked to a cabinet maker this week about display cases. At my age it's a little late to start over. I'm not dead yet and I still enjoy attractive tin lithograph. Especially in lighted display cases .

rboatertoo,

Post a few photographs when you have it all lite up, Thank you!

Pappy. If my kid pulled that on me I would have cabinets made out of solid cherry and burn their inheritance up as fast as I could!     I think a Vision Line Big Boy would look great in one of those new cabinets!
