When I started my o-scale layout five years ago; mountains, cliffs, and rock outcroppings were a must. My wife and I had gone to an after Christmas sale looking for Christmas stuff. The layout was still just a bear board with track and my wife knew that I had been trying to figure out how I was going to create mountains, etc. She stumbled onto a Lemax display and the store was heavily discounting Lemax Mountains. At those prices, I thought it might work. So after some paint, wood putty, and Woodland Scenics products; here are the results.
