While there certainly are less expensive sources for the various LED solutions on line if you're so inclined, I'll just mention a couple of our traditional model railroading suppliers who are providing the LED solution for building lights...

All excellent suggestions above.  I have used Evans Design LEDs and can recommend them. 

 

If you are looking for an incandescent solution, Model Power makes (made) sets of peel & stick bulbs with sockets and leads (12-14 vAC) that work nicely inside buildings.  These are particularly handy if you are using track occupancy to turn on/off rooms in buildings.  I don't know if you can still find them, but here's a link describing the item.  http://www.hobbylinc.com/htm/mdp/mdp511.htm
