Can anyone provide me with an exploded parts drawing of this accessory? The unit works, light goes on, coil seems to vibrate but men just shake and not spin. Thank you

Don't have a parts drawing. Looked in repair manual and it didn't show a parts drawing. Found my instructions that came with mine from 1994. Not sure which tower you have as the new ones may be different. Anyway it says after a number of hours of operation the revolving watchman and platform inside the control tower room may begin to slow down or revolve with a jerky motion. This can be remedied by first removing the control tower roof and platform and then applying a light dusting of powered graphite(available at your local hardware store or hobby shop)between the driving slug and the rubber driving washer.
It's the same mechanism - "vibrotor" - as the 197 radar tower. Check the drive washer fingers - they are probably distorted, stiff, or worn... or a combination of these.
