Hi all,

I have a set of Lionel 222 Standard Gauge switches and a set of later Automatic switch Controllers, here's the the problem when I use the switches

both lights stay on the controller, is there a way for just one light to be on at a time.

Thanks

You would be better off with the bulbs removed.

OR, you could use 1121C-60 / 1122-100 controllers using a 53 bulb for illumination to keep current draw low.  These will show which direction you last threw the switch, which is usually just fine for these switches without non-derailing circuitry.

If you want actual direction indication, that will entail some modifications to the switch with Cherry switches.
