Good evening,

I have a Tuscan Lionel 2360 GG1 that needs the Large PRR Keystone decal replaced.

I already have the replacement decals, Just trying to remove the old ones.

The decal is cracked and chipped. I tried dampening it with a small sponge, with no success. Is there a relatively easy way to remove the decal without damaging the painted surface?

Start with scotch tape, then higher quality tape if you need to. Press tape firmly over the decal, then remove the tape. Has worked for me without damaging the paint/stripe.

You could try MICRO SET by Microscale....for decal removal..good luck...joe
