As an update to this, we talked on the phone and by one wire at time we solved the problem.  She is running forward and reverse and the horn blows and all head lights work.  This engine has a conventional E unit in it, only thing left for Mike to do is connect the strobe board...Good job and nice talking with you...

Hi Marty, Thanks again for all your help! Just wanted to let you know the Strobe light comes on but does not flash. I think I can live with that! Did you see my other post where I said it was fixed thank to you!!!!!!
