Lionel 6167 caboose question

Hi,

I am in the process of gathering the pieces for the Lionel set #11311 from 1963 and have a question about the caboose. In the catalog picture the caboose is plain, but in Doyle's book there are several 6167 w/o extra numbers, all for 1963-1964. So should I be looking for a plain caboose or one that atlease has the 6167.

What color is the caboose? The plain red version of the 6167 was only available in 1963 and 1964 so chances are this is the one that came with the set.
The other version of the 6167 is yellow and it has the Union Pacific road name. It was an uncatalogued item and there were different variations from 1963 through 1969.
There is nothing special about the original red 6167 but if you want the set to be as original as possible, I would find the plain red.
