I was looking through my Lionel catologs the other day and discovered that I do not have a volume 2 for the years 2009 and 2010 Did Lionel issue a volume 2 for thes two years.?

Richard, any time you have a question along these lines, go to the Lionel website and search out their catalogs. They have all of them listed and online in their entirety going back to Vol. 2, 2000.
if you can't find them for free here is a place where you can get any years catalog.

I know for sure I have a spare 2010 Vol2. Let me check and see if I have 2009 Vol 2. If I do I can send them to you. If I don't have 2009 then 2010 is yours as well.

Martye, If I cannot find them locally I may take you up on your offer. Breezinup, I will go on line and see if I can find the information I was looking for. I saw what I thought was a Lionel PS 1 B&M box car in blue and black at the Atlanta TCA convention trading hall. It was gone by the time I decided I wanted it. When I was going through my catalogs in attempt to find the B&M box car I discovered I was missing the 09 /10 vol. 2 catologs.
