I have the Ford sign that's suppose to rotate when the inside heats up.... No luck?  I put the rubber washer down first (with the little legs down) and then the paper washer.  Set the output to the proper volts and nothing... any ideas?  I also have the K-line Ford dealership.  It's suppose to rotate and doesnt'... so I'm guessing Im doing something wrong.  Any ideas?

Thanks!

You have what is called a vibrator motor. I looked at the user manual and you have the washers installed correctly. Do you hear a slight humming sound when you apply AC power to it? It has to vibrate in order to work. If the unit is old, the washer with the fingers might be worn. You could try installing a new one.

Well I found a replacement on the Lionel site and that should solve my problem.  I also noticed a part that didn't come with my light that should hold it in better as well. But the good news is I was able to get my other Ford light to rotate on my KLine dealership.. so all was not lost!  Thanks for the help Carl!
