i am in the process of planning and building a layout. plan for trains are lionchief and/or legacy (down the road) that i can operate with remote or with app. I was wondering about lcs and command control switches and accessories. can these be operated from the app without a cab 1 or cab 2 controller. if yes, do i need to wire the switches to an asc2? i know the accessories have to be wired to the asc2. thanks for your help

If your going FasTrack then I’d get the command switches. They don’t need anything extra and can be thrown from the switch (I think it comes with one) or programmed to throw from the cab1 or 2. Once you have legacy, you can then run acs2’s and a WiFi unit then you can activate accessories and switches with iCab or the LCS iPad app. Hope this helps

I don't know of any LCS Command Control switches, I'd recommend at least the CAB1L/BASE1L setup of the Legacy Command system. Then you can use the Fastrack command switches, or something like Ross or Gargraves with the DZ-2500 and have command operation of the switches.
