Lionel did a great job with these, highly detailed, great sounds, and the paint job is outstanding. I'm glad to see smaller railroads get representation like the EJ&E.

Nice...but in the wrong forum.  This is not a 3-rail scale topic (the large couplers are a give away).  This should have been in one of the Lionel forum which it now is since it is discussing a specific Lionel product.

Was on the fence about getting the EJ&E Sharks. In the catalog they looked to have a large gap between the units. Now seeing your pictures they look really good. Thank You put in a order for a set with a super bass B-unit.

They are fantastic looking and the gap is very small (not like the previous model). I have the super bass unit as well and I'm currently working on a full review of the ABA. I'm contemplating picking up the Powered B, but I don't really need it since both A's are powered.

Nice looking paint job!

I got the PRR ones in the single stripe DLGE scheme, they’re nice units.  I’ve thought about the exra powered B unit as well.  These new ones are much lighter than the CC II Sharks, so more powered axles might be nice. 🤔 Hmm, yeah that’s why I need it! 🤣
