I am curious, is it possible to copy the info on an Orange Memory Module and copy it to another? Basically burning another copy.

Check this thread for a free source of black or writable orange modules: Free Black or Orange Modules for Legacy
You can load the orange module that you want to copy into the command base, then use the LSU (Legacy System Utility), then stick your writable module in and create a single engine module from that same TMCC ID. That will be a copy of the Orange module you created.
Using some old white modules, I created some writable orange modules for just such a purpose.
