There is a building currently on eBay —Lionel’s O’Grady Irish Tavern, that says it “fits MTH accessory bar”. What is the MTH accessory bar? Have several MTH buildings and this is first time I’ve seen the term.

Never heard that term either. Perhaps it's a lack of punctuation:

I think what the person is saying is that the Lionel O'Gradys Tavern will fit side by side with the MTH McHales Tavern. I supposed you could place them together but it sounds like an Irish and Scottish tavern side by side - maybe not a good idea!

Yes, now I see I was interpreting it as some kind of electrical accessory such as buss bar, but he really means Bar , as in tavern.
