Lionel Powerhouse 180 | O Gauge Railroading On Line Forum

Hey everyone, I'm new to this so please forgive my ignorance. I'm considering purchasing a lionel power house 180 to power an mth dcs system, can I run the powerhouse straight to the tiu with no issues? Any help would be much appreciated!

Yes you can. That is how my layout has been run for quite some time now. PH-180 to TIU FXD 1 In, TIU Fxd 1 Out to track. Finding a PH-180 may be another story.

Good luck! Maybe one of the ebay auctions will work out for you. If not, the new batch of PH-180s are due out later this year (I think quite a bit later too) and they are worth waiting for if at all possible, IMO.
