Lionel Prewar Tunnel? Part Two

I frequently see tunnels similar to these on ebay advertised as Lionel Prewar Tunnels. I recently won this one advertised as Lionel. I am looking for confirmation. Does anyone have a photo of such a tunnel with an original box or catalog picture of the tunnel? What years were such tunnels sold?
