Hi Everyone,
I recently bought Lionel's Peanut's 0-8-0 steam engine for the Peanuts passenger cars. The whistle on the tender is not even close to
pitiful. Is there a fix to the air whistle that can be done both easily and cheaply?

There was a fix to eliminate a diode in the circuit board to let the whistle run louder. I cannot find the url at this time. Hopefully someone else can find it. I will look for it again later.

I did this on a couple of quiet whistles and they worked better.
