Looks like you missed it. Scroll all the way to the bottom. The start/end times of the 50% off parts sale is listed.

IIRC the discount is automatically applied during the order checkout/confirm process. But in case things changed, it would be wise to read the sale terms when you access the Lionel site.
Looked all over the sale page from the link earlier in this thread. I don't see anything other than the announcement and the restriction for Friday evening physical attendance.

Scroll ALL the way to the bottom. It's the very last thing (OK, 2nd to last thing) shown on the page.
