I have built the shed roof & supports. A little different than the original. Looks very good. I used 1/4 x 3/8 balsa for uprights, trimmed to fit original post holders and glued in place.  There were 8 uprights on the original. I used only six. Left out two center front ones. Looks better to me, much more open to place figures. I used 1/8 x 3/8 balsa for front & rear cross members, braced in center. For the roof I used corragated{ my wifes idea} cardboard & removed one side after wetting & peeling it off. Not quite the same corragation size. Never be noticed. Painted and glued to supports. thinking about adding some led lights. I am very pleased with the results. I will get my daughter-in-law to come and help me post some pictures in near future since I don't know yet how to do so.

Sounds good Tom, look forward to seeing your Shed and Mill. I favor Sawmills and have a model of a Frick Mill with a ramshackle shed over it.  I also built and placed a Lumber Shed nearby. I had the most trouble establishing a decent looking sawdust pile behind the Mill. I need to detail the scene with slabs, boards, etc when I get time. Photo below:
