Lionel sound boards

.Quick question for everyone is it possible to switch out sound boards? What I mean like as an example is it possible to swap out the vision line challenger sound board and put on a loionmaster challenger on? I'm asking this because Lionel anounced new vision line challengers and they have 3977 and it'll have road specific dialog and I may want to swap out sound boards when it comes out
