Like all postwar transformers, their Wattage rating is based on the maximum they can draw from the outlet they're plugged into (house power).  Generally speaking, postwar transformers' outputs will max out at around 75% or their input wattage rating.  So if your 30 accessories are drawing around 80 Watts, this transformer will definitely heat up.  I'd recommend trying to stay well below this maximum.

With the loads (accessories) attached and operating, you could either measure the current being drawn (in Amps) from each set of transformer outputs and multiply that by their associated voltages to figure exactly how much power is being drawn from the transformer if you are concerned that there may be some issue with the transformer.

[Terminals A&D (Volts X Amps)] + [Terminals B&E (Volts X Amps)] = Total Output Watts

Otherwise, your options would be to reduce the transformer's output voltages to the accessories and/or disconnect some of the accessories, and run them from another source.

At its continuous output rating of about 75 watts, it's only capable of powering about 25 average train bulbs... while you aren't specific about what accessories you have, that's only about 8 022 switches if you consider each one an "accessory", and that's just for the bulbs!
