Lionel VistaVision wifi connection?

Can someone say how the wifi camera in one of the new-for-2020 VistaVision dome cars will make the connection to a smart device (like my iPad)? Is this direct from dome car camera to smart device, or is there a wifi interface of some sort required like a home network, to receive and relay the video signal?

Same system as the cabooses. Either directly to your iPad or device or via a router so that you can connect via your home network.
