Lionel Vulcan Switcher Railing Rivet Part Number?

I'm trying to find the part number for the rivet that holds the railing on a Lionel Vulcan Switcher like the #53 Snow Plow. I have a Lionel service manual put it doesn't show this part number. It seems that this rivet is solid. I have seen other ones that are hollow but they don't appear to be the original type.

It is a "semi-tubular" rivet. Lionel #41-69
