Found 2 cars out of 6 that the weights were loose in the car. The selection of using glue between plastic & metal in most cases has no reliable bond as it adheres to plastic, not metal. Looks like they should have chosen RTV to secure these pieces. Also the screw threads are questionable as some of them spin with minor grabbing power when holding the new 3r non-sprung trucks. I have to wonder about the pre-testing and engineering of these new items prior to production.

Are the weights just glued onto the slope sheet rather than below the slope sheet where it is held captive by the frame? If so, that really is lame! I think in many cases the stripped screw holes are likely the result the use of motorized screwdrivers (for rapid assembly) with their clutches, if they have any at all, adjusted too tight.
