I arrived at Lionel Customer Service around 10:15 am this morning with 8 damaged LionScale Box Cars. There was a bit of a communications mix-up, and Customer Service was not expecting me. But, no matter, Dean and his staff went out of their way to get my box cars in shape. Dean had to send someone over to the main Lionel building to get the needed parts brought over to Customer Service. He personally performed the replacements of trucks and frames on my box cars. By 11:45 am, I was on my way home with 8 repaired box cars.
