That ought to be a fun project, and of course you can look at the prototype in detail to your heart's content to get ideas for the model! Great idea.
I took the file that Jhainer posted for the old wooden store and modified it a bit into this old weathered farmhouse - this afternoon I will put it on the layout near the barn.

Your creativity and focus on your newest projects constantly amazes me.
I (unlike myself) you seem to stay centered on your hobby and rarely get sucked into the "intellectual" discussions on this site.

Sometimes I think that if I had a fraction of your desire and motivation, my layout would of been either completed years ago or outgrown my current space.
