If anyone has the track components or knows where I can find more info on the layout pictured below, that would be great. I'm not looking for the Fastrack version CTT did, but the original Lionel one. I think it's from 1940ish.

Hello Sir, If you look up Classic toy trains database https://ctt.trains.com/ you should be able to find exactly what you are looking for. Listed under fastrack FlashBack. I'm aware of that one. The one Neil did is the Fastrack version. I was looking for the original Lionel version with tubular track & I would guess 031 curves.
I found the pics and 0-gauge track plan for that layout in K-lines "Operating 0 and 027 trains" with these illustrations;
Listed in this very good book usually easy to find and inexpensive on eBay. Orange or yellow cover have the same content. They didn't list what track you needed but the pictures are pretty self explanatory.
