You bring up a point I've often thought of.
If you had an ALPS printer you could do them yourself.
Anything else would likely be a copyright violation. No commercial printers would touch that. Equally as sadly, it's unlikely the copyright holder would give you permission to make a copy, even if you submitted in writing that you would not distribute copies to others... but it might worth a try.
Probably not the forum to discuss the intention of copyright law and whether copying something for yourself violates the spirit of it, tho.
Not asking to violate copyright, just be able to see what I want and duplicate it for me and me alone, not for sale, just for my diesels.

Unfortunately you can't legally duplicate it, even for yourself...
Which is sad, because there are tons of Champ sets that may not be state of the art but are the only thing out there.
Any reputable decal printer will shy away from a request like this.
I suggest you learn to use Coreldraw to design what you want, and then have someone with the right printer technology to put it on decal paper. (I can recommend some guys).
Either way, you are not going to get what you want without spending some time and money.
Two solutions here.......
Have Microscale print some in O scale. Now yopu will have to order 250 of them....but if they are that popular maybe you can sell enough to break even????
Or have someone draw new art and print a limited number of sets.
Either way it's a few dollars.
I have had people with no morals what so ever scan my decal art and print it and sell copies. Not legal but cost more to do something about it than worth it and they know it.
Drop me a note offline I may be able to help with new artwork.

Have you tried eBay? That's where I found the decals for my GP35's.
Good info on the Microscale website.

Absolutely amazing.
I contacted Microsacle about a custom project, their minimum is 250 sets... way too many.
Depending on what you are looking for, there may be a source. What is it?
I've scanned HO decals and enlarged to 161% for O scale. However even with scanning at 800 dpi the resultant artwork is fuzzy when enlarged. Then I used the blown up set as a template to typeset NEW lettering over the HO set. I wound up with very satifactory lettering, but have not had them printed yet.
Contact (Google) Jerry Glow and see if he will make some for you, you may have to provide artwork or he may have what you want.
