Does anyone know Marx trains E7 units minimum radius? Also are there any ways to convert their couplers to postwar couplers?

All my Marx diesels run just fine (for some values of "fine"!) on O-27 track. Dunno about changing couplers, though . . .
The Robert Grossman Co makes a Marx to Lionel coupler adapter. See item 357 in the coupler section.
As Steve Tyler said, any radius is ok. As a kid, I ran them on O27 with no problem. I never tried to change the coupler on the engine. I used a "transition" car where I replaced a Marx truck/couple on one end a gondola with a Lionel truck/coupler. Yeah, the truck profiles didn't match, but as a kid, it didn't matter and allowed me to run both Marx and Lionel cars in the same train.
Thanks to all for the info. Very helpful! I probably shouldn't have used the word "change" the coupler. All I want is to be able to pull some lionel cars. Sounds like the adapter or making a transition car will both work out great!
