I have been trying to run down what I thought was a wiring mistake causing my Lionel Power House power supply breaker to trip.  I rewired some switches and then turned on the track power etc to run a train.  The Power House breaker tripped.  Figured I had miswired something and so started to disconnect wires and sections/blocks and look for shorts.  What I am finding after not finding any wiring issue is that the U and A terminals on my TPC (which I wire to a power strip and run all the other wires off the strip) only have 40 ohms of resistance between them.  So when I started this whole process and saw not much DC resistance between the center rail and outside rail maybe this was why?

Can someone explain if this is normal?  It seems like not a lot of DC resistance.  Although of course these are AC components...

Thanks!
