Looks great. I need to get one myself.
I lot of the Menard's buildings don't fit with my layout but MAN they make some killer stuff. That light sequence is awesome and I feel like the LEDs actually give a good look to the building. Normally LEDs are a lot but they seem to fit right here.
For final installation, it should also have a wire input underneath if you'd like to hide the wire, by drilling a hole up through the layout.

Yes it has a wire underneath. My trains run on my living room floor so I won’t be using that one for now.
It wouldn't fit in on my steam era layout, but I have to agree it's really, really nice. Menards outdid themselves on this one. Every modern era layout should have at least one of these.
