I just saw this new structure offered on the back page of OGR mag .  That dealership model looks like the now repurposed Chevrolet dealer in Frankfort,Kentucky (state capital) l drove by for four years at Univ. of Kentucky, before the Interstate bridged the Kentucky River gorge.  It was there in 1950's,  but looked older then.  Was it there in 1940?  If Menards' found irs twin, there must have been a construction company building these for car dealers around rhe country.  If it goes back to 1940....!
