Menards, Its time for you to announce another new building. We haven't had one for awhile. Since everyone seems to enjoy your buildings, It would be real nice to see a posting from you annoucing a new structure.

It is hard to find fault with that desire. And we wait...
...knowing Menard's will not disappoint.
I agree whole heatedly with TM Terry!
How about a highrise or tall building built in the 30-50'? Also, without reference to present day comapoanies like Starbucks and that ilk. I had the world headquarters, but way too modern for me. Now under the layout in a box.
I like another "old time factory" maybe something a little different like from the 1930-1950's period?

I agree. An old time "BREWERY" would make my day.

I'd like a nicely detailed diner with smoke. Not many diners out there other than the lionel plastic ones with little detail.
Thank you, everyone for your wonderful suggestions. I hope menards likes your suggestions enough to the point they put them into production.
How about a hospital? With an ambulance and helipad .
and LIGHTS!!

Mr. Sutter,
I think you could become the new salesman for Menards trains. Little cold to be fishing right about now...
D L & W Pete,
Thank you, for thinking I could work for Menards as a sales person in their train department. I'm sure it would be a fun and exciting Job.
People keep saying they are running out of room.
Menards will have to sell new wall mounted shelves with backdrops for all of the buildings they have released.

More narrow well lighted buildings facades would be nice. Can almost always find a space for one or two more of those! Maybe a tall (48" ish) skyscraper facade would be nice?!?!?
Good morning, Jim you may get your chance.
Menard’s is building a new store in Greensburg Pa at the former Ramada Location off PA State Route 30.
Work on the site and the building has begun.
Not sure when the scheduled opening day will be.
A Wonder Bread, Hostess Cake Bakery with a smoke unit and you can use Mega Steam fresh bread scent smoke fluid.
I second the motion for an early brick brewery. If the Stegmaier Brewery isn't an option, maybe the Milwaukee based Schlitz or Pabst breweries are - but any of them would make a nice, narrow facade.
