Nice, if basic. It is a single piece of cast resin with cast-in windows and doors etc., and very heavy at 5 pounds 4 ounces. Dimensions are 11 3/8 by 5 1/2 by 4 high. Of note, it is listed as 1:50 scale but looks quite big enough to even pass with 1/32 figures around it if you made the doors taller. The lights consist of two outdoor security lights, one front and one back. The signs are, as with the Feed and Seed, made of paper, and glued on, but look good enough I will leave them in place. Note also, if you remove the signs, the flat area under them (to which they are glued) is not ribbed like the building surface, so you will have to replace the sign with your own of the exact same shape or become a real artist with a Dremel and cut the ribs into the resin. Simple, but big, detailed, good looking and priced low. Nice.
I ordered two, you'll see why below.
I ordered the three-way power feed, too. It also seemed nicely priced. Here they are with the hobby shop, too.
No base. Here is the inside.
This is what I am going to make with them: I passed this every morning for the last decade driving to my office. I am also going to cut out the front doors and windows and put in an interior and interior light inside.
