I liked the industrial look of this building, but wanted something a bit larger.  So I spliced two together to make a large fabrication shop.   I did not want as many doors, loading dock, and windows--so used "siding" harvested from the back of the building to fill in some of those unwanted features.  Built a little office entrance for the street side.  Pretty easy to work with.  Added a yard outside.   Fenced with Brennan chain link fence, added Korber exhaust fan and loading dock.  The "siding" I removed was replaced with MDF board to give structural integrity.  The final structure is quite large--4 feet total.

This for a future layout.   Currently trying to clear decades of junk out of the basement to make room for trains.  Set up a little diorama to get a feel for how this could fit into a scene.

I bought my buildings a couple years ago, but it is still listed as available on Menard's website.

John-

The windows are definitely a weak point.   The "frame" is very thin cardboard, almost paper, and cannot be removed and reused.   The doors are just slab style--very plain.   When I needed a window for the "office" addition, I used a Tichy window.   However, the corrugated siding is a nice plastic that is very workable.  It would be interesting to do this building, but paint the siding a silver or gray to simulate newer galvanized siding.   But masking or repainting the windows would be a lot of effort.
