Beautiful. MTH and Lionel would sell something like this for about $200. Trying to figure out where to put it. I have 10 Menards buildings on the layout and no more room.

Looks great, lots of action. The menards buildings are the best. They are the greatest value and offer some really neat and detailed buildings.
